Divan Istanbul
It’s my great honor and pleasure to have visited the beautiful Istanbul with my friend, an international blogger Marko Tadic thanks to the luxurious Divan Taxim Hotel, which is located in the heart of Istanbul.
Divan Istanbul Hotel (IG page here) is one of the most exclusive hotels in Istanbul with its elegantly furnished rooms and warm and attentive service combining the best of East and West and its heritage of over half a century.
The hotel is beautifully festively decorated, warm and cozy, and in its immediate vicinity are famous Taksim square (find more here) and Nisantasi, a famous shopping area where luxury brands are located and a part of which I tried to show you in previous blog post here.
Salep is a warm Turkish winter drink made from the roots of several species of orchids. Mmm, very tasty. I tried it for the first time in the luxurious lobby of the Divan Hotel.
Maromi by Divan brings the most exclusive flavors of the Japanese cuisine to the center of Istanbul. I really enjoyed dinner at this particular restaurant. Within the hotel there are several other restaurants as well as a wonderful pastry shop. And for lovers of total relaxation there is also a spa center, a Turkish hammam and a Gym.
I had the honor and pleasure of traveling to Istanbul thanks to the Serbian national airline Air Serbia. Air Serbia is celebrating its 95th anniversary this year. Impressive fact, isn’t it!?
The flight was very pleasant and comfortable, so the time until landing just flew by. And, before the flight, I was offered the option of breakfast and a relaxation zone in the Air Serbia Premium Lounge. So, I enjoyed it with coffee, eggs and fragrant pastries.
I remember every flight with Air Serbia (IG page here) for very positive impressions, so I believe that in the future I will be happy to fly with this airline to various beautiful world destinations.
