Summer has just begun and it’s the last moment to deal with our appearance if we want to look good on the beach. A healthy and balanced seasonal diet, plenty of water and fresh fruit juices, massages… can be very useful to us, but it’s also necessary to physically start if we want fast results.
Fast walking, cycling, exercise in the fresh air or in the gym, pilates, aerobics … The possibilities are endless, and choice is only your.
